DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chatCommunicate with customers to find the best solution to their problemConstantly brainstorm with your colleagues to improve the Customer Experience. Troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily businessYou will use the latest technology and AI integrations and become an expert in this fieldControl and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platformsResponsible for Trustpilot reviews, improving overall company NPS through excellent serviceFlagging and escalation of customer queries and coming up with suitable solutionsMapping and improving business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Native level German and fluent EnglishCustomer service is in your DNA and you have some experience alreadyExcellent communication skillsAn interest in innovation (think chatbot-integrations)You are proactive and solution-orientedYou can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customerA technical background is an advantageYou are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed.
