The roleAs Senior Massage Therapist, your main goal will be guaranteeing a proper running of our operation within the bath area by coordinating our experiences and maintaining exceptional guest care standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead the team of therapists on shift.Conduct the daily briefing at shift change with Therapists.Assign treatments to therapists by following a set of fair guidelines, ensuring everyone is placed at the right place and time.Oversee massages performed according to protocols.Manage customer experience within the bathing area, which includes greeting guests, thermal circuit explanation, organizing client's massage, serving drinks, escorting guests to the massage area, and seeing them off.Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the bathing area, e.G., lighting, pools, breweries status, etc.Lead the training of new team members.Provide direct support to Therapists Coordinators and the Therapist Manager.Full training will be provided to know our wide list of treatments and operational protocols to understand AIRE's know-how and work culture.You will be delighted with our place in Copenhagen, located in the Carlsberg Byen district, where the former Carlsberg factory has been given a new lease of life and is now part of the magical AIRE atmosphere.Who you are:You have 2 years' prior experience in a similar position.You possess a valid qualification as a Massage Therapist.You have an advanced level of English; Danish is a plus!You are completely customer-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills.You are flexible and able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.What we offer:Competitive salary.Permanent contract.AIRE will contribute to the pension scheme and vacation.AIRE gift experience on your birthday.30% off in all our experiences.Coffee at our canteen.Be part of an engaged, hardworking, and united team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
