As part of this varied role, you'll support the effective administration of our engagement service with a particular focus on supporting the Tenant Voice, Service Excellence Assessment Programme (SEAP), and Customer Panel activities. You'll help us listen to our customers and learn from what they are telling us!Are you able to work effectively as part of a team and have a positive attitude towards change, ensuring our customers are at the heart of all we do? If so, you could be exactly who we're looking for!Key duties and responsibilities of our Customer Engagement Assistant: Assist in the collation and preparation of regular communications and publicity for volunteers, tenants, staff, and board in respect of customer service and engagement.Support in coordinating customer events including booking venues, catering, and transport for our tenant volunteers.Provide administrative support to involved tenants and residents, to enable them to be actively involved.Provide answers to basic customer telephone and social media enquiries.What we're looking for in our Customer Engagement Assistant: 4 GCSEs A-C or equivalent level qualification.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Ability to prioritise workloads ensuring tight deadlines and targets are met.Demonstrate a positive attitude to change.What you might be asking is, why work for us?
