We are recruiting for an international company a Spanish speaking Customer agent for their office in Poland.
The role is based in Poland.
Missions: Communicate with customers through various channels.
Be the first point of contact, update contact information, collect invoice, pre-onboarding, booking information and related requests.
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given.
Profile: Native/fluent in Spanish, both oral and written.
Fluent in English.
Experience in customer support, call center or sales.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid computer skills.
Performance-driven and goal-oriented.
Positive and motivated mind-set.
Able to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
