We're looking for experienced German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join their team remotely in North Macedonia . This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy managing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. Position : Customer Care Specialist (German) Location : Remote / Work-from-Home in North Macedonia Employment Type : Full-time, with rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday) Duties and Responsibilities Invoice Verification : Review invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts to ensure accurate quantities, pricing, and terms. Data Entry : Enter invoice details accurately into the financial or ERP system. Discrepancy Resolution : Investigate and resolve discrepancies, such as incorrect amounts or missing information, to ensure smooth processing. Compliance : Ensure all invoices align with company policies and tax/legal regulations. Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate records of all processed invoices, ensuring organized and secure documentation. Communication : Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address invoice-related questions or disputes effectively. Requirements Language Proficiency : Native or fluent in German (written and verbal). Residency : Based in North Macedonia with legal eligibility for employment. Education : High school diploma or equivalent an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus. Experience : Prior experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping, with familiarity in accounts payable processes. Attention to Detail : Precision in verifying invoices and identifying discrepancies. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage high volumes of invoices efficiently. Communication Skills : Proficient in both written and verbal communication for effective interactions with vendors and internal teams. Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies, with knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.
