Avantio's commitment is to provide agencies with the tools specifically designed for their growing needs along with the best possible customer service experience.Based in Valencia and with sales teams in the USA, in Avantio you will discover a highly qualified team, made up of top-level professionals, in an international environment.Description:Daily duties of the team:Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call.Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.Support the team in other markets as needed.Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).Support at customer events in the market.Support in market development and system adaptation.What are we looking for?Native or bilingual in Italian and SpanishHigh level of EnglishProactive and positive attitudeService orientedYou are a technology geek.
If you know our products it is a plus.You are passionate about customer care.Useful:Knowledge of other additional languages: Portuguese, French, German...A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.You like to work in a team.
