Responsibilities: Manage a team of 12 sales advisors, ensuring their development and performance. Train and support the sales experts in their skill enhancement. Organize and lead team meetings, debriefs, and weekly updates to maintain a positive dynamic. Analyze and monitor the sales performance of your team, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Ensure adherence to schedules, team rules, and foster a positive work environment through regular activities and motivating challenges. Ensure compliance with existing processes and propose improvements. Regularly assess the team's business knowledge and implement corrective actions such as training or workshops. Profile Required: Expert in sales with a minimum of two years of management experience or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Recognized for adaptability, initiative, and ability to propose innovative solutions.
