About the Role: The Conversion Rate Optimization Expert is responsible for enhancing the performance of our clients' websites by implementing data-driven strategies that maximize their conversion rates.
This position plays a key role in analyzing user behavior, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing changes to improve overall site performance.
You will collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, web developers, and other team members.

Your responsibilities will include: Developing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies for our clients.Auditing their websites to identify optimization opportunities.Running A/B and multivariate tests to determine the changes needed.Working with our internal teams to execute, monitor, and further improve the results of the optimizations implemented.
