Cro (Chief Revenue Officer)

They are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead both the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business and revenue growth.
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on new client acquisition.
Analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Implement CRM and sales tools to enhance team productivity.
Lead the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and optimize client acquisition.
Stay updated on market trends and competition to adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Over 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Director.
Experience in B2B SaaS sales within the retail sector.
High proficiency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
willingness to travel internationally.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using CRM tools and sales technologies.
