Manage and optimize email deliverability to ensure high inbox placement rates, troubleshoot deliverability issues, and implement best practices to overcome common challenges in email marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data, and Content) to plan and execute CRM campaigns, including customer retention, reactivation, and ad-hoc promotional activities. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, measuring relevant KPIs to maximize customer engagement and retention. Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of CRM campaigns. Develop and maintain a CRM roadmap aligned with the overall product and business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to ensure the company's CRM strategies are innovative and effective. Troubleshoot and resolve any CRM-related issues, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
