Mission and Proposal : IESE is one of the world's leading international graduate business schools. Its IT Department is looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for the CRM platform and its satellites, reporting to the Business Intelligence Director.

Our CRM (Salesforce) is widely used within our institution, not only for sales purposes but also by Alumni and other departments heavily using it.

We currently have +320 users. Additionally, we are moving to a Data Driven Organization where CRM is one of the key pieces.

Main Responsibilities : Strategy : Define the long-term vision regarding CRM and its satellites. Define and execute (with the partner) the multiple projects related to CRM. Interact (proactively) with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements. Ensure the platform meets needs and evolve it based on the latest innovations. Management : Management of Partners & Internal stakeholders. Product Backlog prioritizing based on user feedback and risks identified. Work together with the maintenance Team for incident resolution. In charge of the management of data quality in the CRM platform and the team in charge of working on it. Lead the project Team translating business needs to technical specifications. Projects and Innovation : Cooperation with other representatives of the IT Division in projects to determine the best alternative in technology and implementation options (cost, solution, and planning). Reports directly to Business Intelligence Director.
