In your role as a CRM Junior Specialist you'll: Manage the communication activity of different Bus & geographies.
Coordinate with the business manager the CRM activity.
Analyze the customer behavior in order to improve LTV.
Organize initiatives and learning and results.
Coordinate projects with other areas/departments.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital, Business administration or similar.
Between 1 and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Analytical profile.
Commercial approach.
High level of Spanish & English.
