About the job
In this role, you will be expected to develop copy that reflects our brand's voice and speaks directly to our customers' needs and desires. Your work will play a critical role in building lasting relationships with our audience, enhancing customer loyalty, and driving engagement through effective CRM communications.
Responsibilities
Develop creative and persuasive copy for CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Collaborate with the Art Director to create cohesive and engaging customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
Tailor content for various customer segments, using data-driven insights to inform messaging strategies.
Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for emails, SMS, push notifications, landing pages, and other CRM-related materials.
Work closely with the CRM Strategist and Data Analyst to refine copy based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably within CRM, digital marketing, or advertising.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus.
Good to have
A portfolio showcasing strong and successful CRM campaigns.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization of copy for email marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and workflows.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting and layout purposes.
Experience in a B2B and B2C environment.
