What you will do
In this role, you will drive the execution of multi-channel communications for clients, aimed at strengthening brand loyalty, increasing customer engagement and retention, driving revenue, and ultimately increasing customer lifetime value (LTV)
Campaign Execution: Develop, A/B test, and optimize email campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization to improve customer experience and ROI
Performance Metrics: Analyze campaign KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, etc.) and provide insights to inform future strategies, delivering regular action-oriented reports
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines
Calendar Management: Oversee the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
Compliance: Maintain email database accuracy, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with internal client teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign development from content, data, and tech perspectives. Collaborate with Data & BI to integrate backend setups, UAT, and tracking in the execution process
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging CRM technologies.
What you'll bring
Fluent in Romanian and English (written and verbal)
4+ years in a CRM role with proven success in CRM & Marketing strategies
Expertise in email marketing platforms, SMS, In-App push notifications, and navigation-based publicity like targeted banners (e.g., Acoustic, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, other) and analytics tools
Strong understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and reporting
Analytical and process-oriented with strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of HTML and experience in banking or financial services
University degree (Business, Marketing, or Marketing Communications)
Proactive, self-starter with a team-player attitude, confident in collaborating with various stakeholders
