We are looking for a CRM Specialist, who will lead the development and execution of Tropicfeel's CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, segmentation, and loyalty. You'll optimize the customer journey through data-driven insights, marketing automation, and personalized campaigns, working cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction and long-term value.
Your challenge & roles: CRM Strategy and Implementation Customer Journey Optimization and Experience Enhancement Data & Customer Insights Analyst Your responsibilities CRM Strategy and Implementation:
Develop and execute the CRM strategy aligned with Tropicfeel's business objectives and customer-centric approach. Identify opportunities to optimize customer segmentation, engagement, and retention through data analysis and market research. Define and refine customer segments based on demographics, preferences, and behavior to facilitate targeted marketing campaigns. Implement personalized messaging, product recommendations, and tailored promotions to drive customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value. Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns, including email marketing, customer surveys, loyalty programs, and referral programs. Create campaign briefs and coordinate with content specialists and designers for email creation. Review and provide feedback on email copy. Coordinate with the Brand team to align email campaigns with overall marketing initiatives. Customer Journey Optimization and Experience Enhancement:
Map the customer journey, identify pain points, and implement strategies to improve touchpoints, increase satisfaction, and drive repeat purchases. Manage the end-to-end process of email production; a/b testing, oversee the creation, checking, segmenting, scheduling and analysis of both broadcast and triggered campaigns. Lead the Marketing Automation initiatives for Tropicfeel by defining the strategy aligned with the Customer LifeCycle, planning and, in-platform execution of workflows and their optimization via A/B testing. Review and update post-purchase emails sent through Narvar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of CRM initiatives with overall marketing efforts. Data & Customer Insights Analyst:
Conduct ongoing analysis of customer behavior across CRM and loyalty channels to extract valuable insights. Utilize data to optimize targeting, segmentation, and personalization within CRM and loyalty campaigns. Generate regular reports on customer engagement, campaign performance, and loyalty program success, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives. What are we looking for?? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a backpack brand. Have a background in Klaviyo software. Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) in English. Spanish speaking will also be taken into consideration. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Passion for email marketing and willing to improve skills from this channel. Experience with loyalty programs, data analytics platforms, and/or marketing automation software will be highly valued. Basic knowledge of photo editing will be a plus! What do we offer?
