Our client, who is a consolidated and dynamic company that proposes global solutions for international transportation companies, is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Credit Controller.
Tasks

Identify, negotiate, and implement payment solutions
Communicate with clients regarding pending payments and prepare credit and collection activity reports to minimize outstanding debts
Identify overdue accounts and delays due to disputes, and work to resolve payment disputes and ensure client recovery
Recognize payment trends and resolve related issues, manage high-risk clients, and collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve the client payment cycle

Requirements

1-year experience at least
Skills in customer relationship management
Organized, results driven and persistent
Positive attitude towards work
An eye for details
Great communication skills
