Credit Controller (2316002/001) Barcelona, SpainRobert Walters is collaborating on the search of a Credit Controller to join a multinational with offices in Barcelona. We are looking for someone with 5 to 6 years of experience in the role managing multiple countries around the world at a B2B multinational. Interested in joining an international environment? Responsibilities: Obtaining financial information from rating agencies or financial statements and analyze the solvency and credit history of customers to determine their ability to pay before extending credit conditions.Receive and analyze credit requests for high payment terms to escalate to the approval matrix.Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO.Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within the organization.Liaising with internal credit departments in different regions.Checking that approved credit conditions are in line with the outstanding debt.Monthly reporting to Management on the evolution of Accounts Receivables.Evaluate and report potential credit risks for the company, proposing actions to mitigate risks.Monitoring the use of the credit insurance in all regions.Follow-up of insurance credit limit approvals, reductions, and withdrawals.Requirements: Bachelor's degree or some sort of educational background.At least 5 years of experience in the role at a B2B multinational.Fluency in Spanish and English; any other language would be a plus.Experience working with multiple countries in the role.Result-oriented person with teamwork skills.Looking for a new challenge?
