We are a young, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.Responsibilities Experienced in writing/creating commercial content.Translate complex product and customer stories into easily digestible messaging across many different channels.Oversee copy for all projects in production, working with the team to verbalise ideas, iron out concepts, and solve creative issues through copy.Excellent culture references; you'll know exactly what's trending right now.Understand full funnel communication - awareness to conversion, with the ability to write copy that can hook/attract our customers, strongly showing what we offer.Understanding of both B2B and B2C communication.Lead the copy conversation with key stakeholders; proactively respond to feedback in person and in writing; follow up and work handin hand with other creatives and project managers.Creatively responsible for all key copy and campaign content.Ensure everything makes sense, is consistent, and meets the brand's tone of voice.Presenting ideas and building stakeholder relationships is second nature to you.You are brilliant at transforming product and sales content into consumer-centric, relevant copy, based on briefs, and from drafts written by others.You combine creative writing with critical thinking; your analytical approach enables you to ask the right questions to the right stakeholders and lock down ideas from a conceptual perspective.Requirements University degree in advertising or similar + specialization in creativity.Proven experience of at least 3 years in professional copywriting experience in advertising (agency).A strong portfolio showcasing your work across multiple formats (digital, video, social, brochures, etc.) is required.Experience crafting brand voice, tone, and style guides ensuring consistent language across multiple touchpoints.An incredibly detail-oriented and organized person.An ability to adapt quickly and compromise with others without compromising our voice and integrity.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Native English and fluent in Spanish.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and changing priorities.Based in Barcelona.Benefits Highly competitive salary!Flexible work-from-home policy (WFH > 30% time).Discounted gym membership.Access to free eLearning courses to help you learn and grow.Free English and Spanish courses.Free coffee in the office (with many types of milk alternatives).Office in the heart of Barcelona at Plaça Catalunya with a beautiful outdoor terrace to enjoy on your break.Monthly company patio parties.Quarterly team building budget
