DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat and social mediaShowcase extraordinary communication skills such as listening, empathy and can personalize every customer conversationGuide customers with their questions and ensure they are offered the right solution leaving a big smile on their faceIdentify and address customer needs to escalate internally to improve and/or develop processesThrive for sky-high performances focusing on the most important KPIs: Customer Satisfaction, quality and productivityMaintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experienceREQUIREMENTS:Native in Dutch, both oral and written.
