Your job opportunity: As a Tech Support Lead, you will be responsible for building a team of technical support specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently. You will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to your team while ensuring that service level agreements are met. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex technical problems, coordinating with other departments, and continuously improving support processes.
