WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH: You will be part of the Dealer Website as a Service team in Barcelona, a team tasked with the mission of enabling our dealers to build a beautiful online presence that is deeply integrated into the digital ecosystem of Porsche.
You will be a fundamental member of a team that needs to collaborate and align with many other teams in order to achieve their objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Coaching one product development team within our Agile Release Train (ART), including role-specific coaching, and facilitating the team events (Retros, Iteration Plannings, PI Plannings, System Demos, etc.
).As part of a dedicated Product Team, you will support and work closely with the Product Owner, Product Manager, Release Train Engineer (RTE), and stakeholders, especially when refining and maintaining the product backlog.Continuously inspecting and adapting the team performance and caring for a good collaboration between all team members and the ART, including the resolution of conflicts.Developing a high-performing team & organization by facilitating relentless improvement, so that we can create customer value in the best possible way.Helping the teams & organization not only know, but also live the agile values and principles (including the SAFe-specific Core Values, Principles, Lean-Agile Mindset).Creating an environment where constant learning through feedback and experimentation takes place and psychological safety can grow.Building a community with other agile practitioners (Scrum Masters and RTE's) in order to have a platform to exchange and share knowledge.Acting as a servant leader. WHAT YOU BRING ALONG: A Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)).Good analytical skills as well as an outcome-, goal-, and result-oriented mindset.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.SAFe experience.Great communication skills.
