Our Team: VistaPrint is seeking a Country Marketing Specialist to support France and Belgium markets. In this role, you will support the Country Manager to define and execute Go-to-Market strategies, allowing for continued growth and opportunities, working with a wide range of different global and regional marketing teams.What You Will Do:Develop a comprehensive understanding of French and Belgium customers, competitors, and market dynamics to inform the localization of global marketing efforts and identify new market opportunities.Support the Country Manager in developing short and mid-term strategies for the French and Belgium markets.Coordinate the execution of the promotional calendar to ensure seamless execution from planning to reporting.Develop and maintain the marketing playbook and regional offers.Provide support for cross-European growth initiatives.Regularly report KPIs across general business performance and specific marketing activities.Develop and maintain strong connections across various departments including marketing channels, pricing, site, brand, creative, and product teams.Your Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in marketing or strategy consulting, preferably in an E-commerce environment, with experience working across a variety of online & offline channels.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Analytical attitude with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Customer-first mentality and a passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting; comfortable working in highly cross-functional teams.Fluency in English and French.Nice to Have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or other related fields.Use of collaboration tools like: Jira, Miro, and/or Trello.Why You'll Love Working Here: There is a lot to love about working at Vista.
