Your Tasks:
You are fully responsible for the Marketing Funnel optimization for Iberia, meaning the successful execution of our marketing initiatives measured by Return on Investment and Brand assets quality.You are using in-house research data and learning from the patient-facing teams, continuously looking for ways to optimize conversion rates and enhance customer experience across all channels and customer journey.You love the analysis of the brand situation, setting of objectives, consumer understanding, analysis of the positioning of the main competitors, positioning of the different products, and communication opportunities.You are a tester obsess, doing the research, testing, and implementing new channels and new booking activities continuously.You suggest on a weekly/monthly basis CAC-related optimization based on local inputs (funnel performance development, seasonality, tests, channel behavior, etc.).You support channel owners (META, SEA) by co-creating a process aiming at reviewing and localizing ads before going live, also being responsible for the local agencies contacts and success.You work closely with our brand team to produce local shoots (testimonials and visual content), ad copy, voiceovers, and YouTube concepts for organic and paid channels.You love the creation, adaptation, and ensuring brand match between the different messages and channels.You lead initiatives with the local Community and Social Media Manager aiming to define our organic social strategy and improve our brand reputation on review platforms and social networks.You are taking full ownership of the local channels such as Affiliate, Organic Social, PopUps, and Influencers among others.Your Skills:
You speak fluent Spanish and English; any other language is a plus (especially Portuguese).You have several years of experience managing 360º marketing campaigns.You have brand sensitivity to understand country brand customers' needs.You have a degree in communication, marketing, or economics.You are a strong communicator, business fluent, and good with numbers and brand feeling.You have extreme attention to detail.You feel comfortable being accountable for big budgets and are willing to test.You have a brand feeling that you want to develop.You like taking responsibility, are well organized, and have a focused working method.What we offer:
