THE VENUE:Our Spanish Head Office based in Madrid.THE ROLE:We are looking for an experienced Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager to monitor and manage all visual areas for the Real Madrid Official Stores.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Drive and control key planning dates to ensure right product, right place, and right timeframes.Alongside the Buying Department, ensure that a commercial range is built across all projects and categories to deliver key KPI's.Ensure product profitability analysis for each RMOS and store visual displays.Finalize designs and create detailed floor plans for all display areas.Advise on layout displays selling strategies for our franchises.Work with the Buying & Merchandising departments to prepare the layouts for new seasons, establishing solid merchandising schedules.Create & update Visual Merchandising guides & manuals.Create and plan the annual store window calendar.Decide whether stock control for non-consumables (hangers, mannequins...) is necessary.Work with the Product, Marketing & Design departments to bring ideas to life for our stores with the physical & digital tools on hand.Be the point of contact between BO & FO for any Visual Merchandising related matter in our store.Responsible for branding in stores.In charge of VM training for the team.QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Merchandiser Manager (preferably within sports retailing background).Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.Good knowledge of IT tools and a keen sense of product and fashion culture.Enjoys working in an agile and fast-moving environment.Has excellent internal and external management and communication skills.Professional knowledge of English.Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the business needs.COMPENSATIONCompetitive salary & benefits commensurate with experience.OTHER INFORMATIONContrato temporal por cobertura de baja de maternidad - 40h/semanaModelo de trabajo: híbridoLegends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
