We are now looking for a Corporate Talent Manager who will be responsible for designing, deploying and managing the key talent programs for the group, reporting to the Corporate HR Director and based in our Headquarters in Barcelona.
Role & ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistency in Talent Management Programs across Functional Areas and Market Units, in collaboration with Local Talent leads and HR Partners.Coordination of Global Talent Programs and Succession Plans.Implement and evolve Corporate Training and Development Programs: high potential identification, career development options.Assure one unique Employee Experience across the organisation, working on the deployment of our Employee Value Proposition.Manage the deployment of the company culture & values: Purpose & Values, cascade down and leadership behaviours programs.Design leadership programs for the whole organisation.Design & roll-out of Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Programs, being the leader of the D&I initiative from an HR perspective.Project Management for the main projects, stakeholder management, reporting and KPIs.Employee engagement: employee surveys and pulse checks design, review results and define local initiatives with regional/local HR.Talent Cycle: Responsible for the Talent Cycle for the whole organization: Performance management process, and development programs associated, values assessment.Organisation design.This is a great opportunity to join a company in a growing moment, in a corporate role with wide exposure, having the chance to work closely with people from the different GBfoods countries.
