MISSIONDevelop and deploy a Ficosa worldwide strategy to protect the employee from industrial hazards and to control the aspects with impact to environment.GENERAL FUNCTIONSLead and participate in the definition and deployment of a World Wide Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Strategy.Define and follow the Corporate Key Indicators, as well the Reporting System to measure the Performance and long term evolution of the Occupational Health, Safety & Environment.Create, maintain, audit and continuously improve a Corporate Management System according to the international requirement and recognized standards.Identify best practices and deploy them through the Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental programs, Internal and Certification Audits as well as the Corporate Standards.Participate with Corporate Operations Management in the definition of Operational Processes, Standards, new Factories and Technologies.Review and approve the CAPEX investment requests of the group to ensure Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met.Comply with Ficosa's Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, together with the corresponding training.Lead the team, guaranteeing their effectiveness, development and motivation; fostering Ficosa's values.Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.Actively cooperate in the maintaining, promoting and improving of the OHSE and Quality department.(*) The duties described are only the most typical of this position and are in no way a comprehensive list.POSITION REQUIREMENTSAcademic background: Bachelor's degree, mainly in environment or Health & SafetyLanguages: Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar positionTravel: Willing to travelOTHER SPECIFICATIONSAdditional training: Knowledge in ISO 14.001 auditor, OHSES 18.001 auditor or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) would be of additional value.
