The Corporate Business Development Director will join the IE's Corporate Relations team whose responsibilities are devoted to the development and maintenance of new corporate accounts with a focus on Spain, which implies the development of an extensive commercial agenda.

Responsibilities Your role a Business Development Director will involve: Development of new alliances for IE in Spain Business and diagnostic projects development, consultative sales, benchmarking and strategic planning in diverse sectors Execution of the strategy for business development, integrating a commercial plan and long-term objectives Commercial activities: sales, co-creation and management of academic projects with IE's various schools and departments, for the development of long-term relationships with targeted and strategic accounts. Collaboration with other departments to ensure that the corporate strategy in the region is coherently integrated throughout the organization Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should have: Master´s Degree. Fluency (written & oral) in both English and Spanish. Arabic is a plus. 5+ years professional experience. Sales oriented. Experience in B2B sales will be considered. Skills for developing a corporate clientele; creating and delivering proposals; and the management and development of international projects. CRM experience, extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other databases Skills for developing a corporate clientele; creating and delivering proposals; and the management and development of international projects. Experience in Project management and coordination Advanced capacity for analytic thinking and organization Developed interpersonal skills, with ability to integrate and manage diverse groups Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, and ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
