As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing and communication activities in these two countries, while providing effective leadership and maintaining cohesion on content and brand identity.Main responsibilities:Team coordination: You will be working with a team of marketing and communications professionals in Spain and Portugal. Your role will be to supervise day-to-day activities, define objectives and ensure team cohesion. You will also be responsible for fostering effective communication between the company's various departments, ensuring that projects are completed on time.Coordination of local events: You will be involved in the organisation of local events in Spain and Portugal. This includes planning, organising and managing events, ensuring that they are aligned with our brand strategy and meet our marketing communication objectives.Brand management: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's brand identity not only in Spain and Portugal, but also in France and South Africa. To do this, you will analyse the Festo brand in each country with local contacts and coordinate dedicated activities.
