How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?In this position, you will contribute by planning, controlling, and managing the operations of the Remote Care Center, ensuring its proper functioning through the management of appointments, telephone reviews of patients, control of the technological equipment provided to healthcare staff, and supervision of compliance with procedures and safety standards by the assigned personnel.
This is a strategic position where the main functions will be:
Manage a multidisciplinary healthcare team: supervise, coordinate, and motivate your team.Plan, control, and manage the operations of the Remote Care Center, ensuring the proper functioning of remote care services for patients, such as telephone reviews and monitoring of telemonitored patients.Lead the coordination of the remote service needs of the delegations.Ensure optimal patient adherence through the management of remote follow-up visits.Guarantee the quality of service provided to the patients of the delegations, in coordination with all process stakeholders at the delegation level.Provide technical support: professionalize the resolution of telephone problems and remote support to patients.Support business development by promoting actions related to Digital Health and associated projects.Assist in coordinating the administrative activities carried out by Regional Operations Managers or Delegation Directors.Monitor and manage reports and KPIs.Ensure compliance with the rules for using work tools.Supervise compliance with safety standards and work procedures of the personnel under your charge.Are you a MATCH?You are the right person for this position if you meet the following requirements:
Higher education and/or university degree preferably in the health field, without excluding other areas.At least 2 years of experience in similar functions.Prior experience managing teams is highly valued.Intermediate English proficiency.Good use of computer tools - medium to high (SAP, Excel).Regarding the location of the position, it is preferable in Calle Orense (Head office) but remote positions in other regions will be considered. In this case, openness to geographical relocations is required.
