Controller Financiero

At Grafton we are looking for a Financial Controller for a multinational Real Estate companyKey responsibilitiesProvide Management with the necessary financial information and perform the follow-up on the key matters identified.Review and improve the reporting system and other financial processes identifying concrete actions to implement.Reviewing the accuracy of the accounting books and financial statements and being responsible for accurate and timely submissions of treasury control reports.Reviewing the forecast of the Companies on a quarterly basis working with different departments and countries.
Perform an analysis of deviations being able to report conclusions to Management.Review of the business plan for our projects, analyzing the potential deviations.
Identify main KPIs and prepare financial reports with main conclusions.Support other departments that need financial information.Key requirementsDegree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Corporate Finance or Economics.3-4 years of professional experience in the field working for a major company in the controlling department.
Experience in Big Four is a plus.
Experience in Real Estate-Logistics will be valuable and knowledge of taxation and IFRS is a plus.Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of numbers.Precise and reliable working method coupled with high autonomy, implementation strength and flexibility.Teamwork.Being able to manage workloads, prioritize tasks and work through strict deadlines.Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
PowerPoint and MS Dynamics are desirable.Fluent English and Spanish.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required in both languages.
German is an asset.
