Your mission: In this role, you will be supporting the Accounts Receivable team for the implementation of our SAP project, where you will work closely with the retained organization leads to ensure no disruption in the Accounts Receivable KPIs.
You will be responsible for ensuring simplification, efficiency, and automation projects are in line with PepsiCo Policies, Internal Controls, and GCS requirements.
Responsibilities: Support the month-end closing of the Accounts Receivable Team.
Report and follow up on corrective/optimization measures in case of deviations/exceptions.
Support SWE (South West Europe) Control transformational and Digitalization Agenda.
Drive a continuous improvement mindset and process synergy across our Shared Services Offices to optimize Control Account Receivables processes and cultivate innovation and productivity.
Support the team to ensure full compliance with the GCS framework and properly execute the Key Controls assigned to the area.
Qualifications: What will you need to succeed?
+1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Skilled in Microsoft Office with a proven solid level in Excel; a plus in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Experience in SAP and Sales systems is a plus.
Passionate about new technologies and digital transformation.
Strong communication and cross-cultural skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
