The position offers the opportunity to demonstrate leadership and strategic thinking, working collaboratively with management and stakeholders to ensure that contracts programs are developed according to Agilent Business and Legal requirements.The candidate should be passionate about projects as he/she will among other things be responsible for analysis, evaluation, development and providing recommendations to meet the Agilent Business and Legal requirements.
The role requires a resourceful person, with a One Agilent mindset, and one that is willing to support others.Responsibilities:Interpret contract templates requirements by working with Agilent counsels, sales teams, operations teams, and division product marketing teams.Evaluate requirements, provide recommendations for modifications and development of new contract templates.Draft and review legal documentsPotential implement modifications and new contract programs in different platforms, such as Contract Life Cycle (CLM) system.Ensure effective communication across different functions.
Keep management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.Initiate innovative designs and simplifications for contract template and other processesProvide consultancy on contract templates and potentially CLM programingThe successful candidate will embrace a continuous improvement attitude to process and document contract programs with an aim to help driving operational excellence and process standardization.QualificationsBachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.8+ years relevant experience, developing strategic solutions, programs, and project plansDemonstrated ability to integrate different requirements and develop simple global solutionsExperience working with international teamsExcellent writing, negotiation, and communication skills (in English)Excellent presentation skills (written and oral)Experience with Coupa - CLM highly desirableExperience with SAP ECC module highly desirableExcellent project/program management capabilities to, among other things, ensure appropriate monitoring of deadlines along with disciplined delivery of results.Legal background is a plusWe offer: Career development opportunities in an international companyCompetitive compensation and benefits package including ticket restaurant, private health insurance, life insurance, gym funding, etc.Company pension schemeHybrid 3 days of the office and 2 days from home.Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
