The collaboration among our teams fosters cross-functional synergy, ensuring we provide the best rest and recharge experience.The JobAs Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing service partners contracts for charging sites across Europe.You are a part of the Operations team with a regional focus. You will proactively identify, engage and secure 3 rd party service operations partners at Milence secure charging sites across Europe. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle process of contracts with 3 rd party suppliers and service providers. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, Technology, Digital Factory and Legal departments.To ensure the creation and efficient management of 3 rd party partners you will be; Identifying and engaging 3 rd party service partners and manage the contracting process through to execution of the work including suppliers for facilities, maintenance, security, etc.Developing and implementing procedures for contract management. Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers, managing all topics concerning contracts
