Content Strategy Manager
Summary We are seeking a proactive and strategic Content Strategy Manager to oversee and develop the content strategy for all Amadeus corporate websites. This role will be responsible for managing current content, guiding and supporting the content specialist team, and strategizing the integration of new experiences, products, and functionalities. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with solid analytical skills and a focus on optimizing content to meet business goals and audience needs.
Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development: Define, develop, and implement content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define content objectives, messaging, tone, and style guidelines.
Content Management: Conduct content audits and analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content on the managed websites.
Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and conversions.
Collaboration and Guidance: Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to align, place, and build content on the website based on strategic objectives and target audience.
Partner with the UX/UI lead to ensure content strategies align with user experience goals and interface design principles.
Provide guidance and support to authors and content specialists.
Ensure consistency and coherence in content across all platforms.
Define layout for new content and campaigns in collaboration with UX and content leads.
Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Role Experience: Experience as a Content Strategy Manager or similar role. 3. Content Strategy Knowledge: Solid understanding of content strategy principles.
4. SEO and Web Analytics: Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web analytics.
5. Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills.
6.Project Management: Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines, with experience or willingness to learn content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
