Content Strategist

In Massimo Dutti we are currently looking for a Content Strategist to join our Marketing Team in our Headquarters, in Tordera, Barcelona.
The Content Strategist will play a crucial role in shaping the voice and narrative of our brand across digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances our brand's presence on social media, drives engagement through 360-degree marketing campaigns and builds authentic partnerships with influencers and key fashion stakeholders.
Your main functions would be:
Content Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a holistic content strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience.Create content plans that integrate across social media, websites, email marketing and other digital channels.Conduct market research to stay ahead of fashion trends and consumer behavior, incorporating insights into content planning.
Social Media Management:
Design and oversee the content calendar for social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually engaging and on-brand content, including photos, videos, graphics and written posts.Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics and audience feedback to optimize content performance.
360-Degree Campaigns:
Lead the development of 360-degree marketing campaigns that integrate online and offline channels to drive brand awareness and sales.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
Influencer Partnerships:
Identify and build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors and partners who align with the brand's image and values.Develop and manage influencer-driven content strategies that amplify brand reach and engagement.Track and report on the success of influencer campaigns, providing recommendations for future partnerships.
Content Creation & Curation:
Work closely with the creative team to produce original content that resonates with our audience, including editorial, video, and social media content.Curate user-generated content and leverage it to build community and engagement.Ensure all content is on-brand, accurate and meets the company's quality standards.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on content strategies and brand messaging.Present content strategies and campaign plans to stakeholders, providing clear rationale and expected outcomes.Stay informed on industry best practices, tools and technologies to continuously evolve the content strategy.
How do we imagine you?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing or social media management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Proficiency with social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current industry trends.
