We have the fantastic opportunity available in our MARKETING department for a Content Marketing Specialist. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Content Marketing Specialist to join our Hospitality business area. This is a temporary replacement role (until end of September 2025), with a potential for extension depending on performance and business requirements. The role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring close collaboration with local regions and global marketing/product management teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating the launch of new campaigns and supporting internal sales network and stakeholders.
Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands… As the Content Marketing Specialist for the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to work and develop your skills in a thriving diverse and multicultural organisation in constant expansion. Reporting to the Content and Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the launch of new campaigns and supporting internal sales network and stakeholders.
What you will do… Design and develop marketing content and materials for internal and external customers, supporting our sales network and product manager teams. This includes content on product features, solutions, and software applications.Utilize traditional and digital marketing techniques to optimize our customers' knowledge of our products and solutions.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging tools that enhance our brand's impact in the marketplace.Maintenance and regular updating of marketing materials such as brochures and product sheets.Support digital campaigns with graphics for social media, landing pages, and outbound marketing.Provide graphics support for customer-facing digital channels in alignment with our branding guidelines.Gather and follow up on local requests for new campaigns from the global team.Develop and maintain graphics templates for advertisements and presentations.Conduct target audience research and adjust the graphical tone of voice to suit different target audiences.What we expect of you… Fluent in English (oral and written).Minimum of a 3-year academic degree (bachelor's or similar), preferably in marketing and communication. Extensive B2B marketing experience can substitute for a formal degree.Technical mindset with a strong commercial focus, pragmatic, hands-on, action-oriented, and results-driven.Videographic creative experience is a plus.Basic digital marketing knowledge (PPC, SEO, SMM/Social Media Display, etc.) is a plus.Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experienced in content marketing, marketing graphics, preferably B2B.Strong strategic thinking and business understanding.Positive attitude, courage, and the ability to influence others.Proficiency in a Scandinavian/Spanish/French/German language is a plus.What you can expect from us… Generous and competitive total rewards package.Comprehensive and career-development resources to expand your skills and maximise your potential.Supportive and accessible leadership team and a solid values platform that underpins who we are and how we operate.Application You can submit your application by clicking 'Apply Now'.
