We are looking for an outstanding Content Manager to join our marketing team.
This is a role that directly impacts our demand generation, brand awareness and growth.
We need a storyteller with an editorial mindset, excellent communication skills to manage all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external across all channels and formats delivering high-performing content to fintech-savvy audiences.
Responsibilities: Collaborates and consults to drive and develop a strategic digital marketing content program across Toqio channels for all segments of customers and leads.
Collaborates and consults to drive, develop and implement best practice strategic & tactical digital content production processes & standard work.
Ensure tactical delivery of digital content and digital content initiatives to meet digital targets for funnel fill, lead generation and return on investments.
Manage the blog content and create high-value-added articles that boost and help to position Toqio as a leader and expert on the fintech SaaS industry.
Keep the marketing team on board with an editorial monthly calendar.
Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.G.
copyright protection).
Participate and collaborate in campaign creation and support the Growth team when necessary.
Work closely with stakeholders across brand & comms, design, product marketing and growth teams to drive content excellence.
Propose new content formats and channels (video, podcast).
Acting as the lead custodian of Toqio's brand voice through all forms of written/spoken content.
Continuously collaborate with growth & design on branding and 360º marketing campaigns.
Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
Requirements: Experience in Fintech, financial services, banking will be an added advantage.
At least 6 years of editorial experience, ideally in the B2B tech/enterprise software space.
Basic technical knowledge of HTML and online publishing.
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Comprehension of and familiarity with social media.
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates exceptional writing skills and ability to translate complex topics into simple, digestible content
