Description This position involves managing portfolios of broadcasts and video content, both live and pre-recorded, for a global audience, as well as developing content for our website (such as reports, interviews, or articles, among others).
The Content Manager will be responsible for the production and project management of a series of channels within DCD's broadcast and video content program, which are designed to engage high-level technology professionals working in the Data Center industry, as well as managing written publications.
These digital contents serve our markets in Spain, LATAM, and Brazil, providing exposure to important and rapidly growing areas within our sector.
Main Responsibilities: Program Research and Development ? Keep topic research at the core of the production process.
Develop high-quality agendas based on in-depth market research with both buyers and suppliers, providing thought leadership, knowledge of global trends, best-practice examples, and innovative thinking.
?Create targeted commercial digital content for the market, designed to drive lead generation and sponsor engagement with qualified buyers and purchasing influencers.
? Identify opportunities and develop relationships to drive the success and future growth of broadcasts, video content, and events.
Source and Manage Speakers ? Identify high-level end-user speakers who meet the informational needs of the target audience for the broadcast and/or video content.
? Work closely with our sponsors to ensure the delivery of innovative content that supports the program and meets the informational needs of the broadcast audience.
? Inform all speakers about the broadcast and video content experience and conduct preparation calls to discuss the content and format of their sessions.
Deadline Management ? Consistently produce and deliver broadcasts, video content, and written content within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Social Marketing ? Record episode previews to drive more subscriptions on the channels' networks that you will manage.
? Interviews with speakers when necessary.
Digital Content Management ? Create sessions on the StreamYard recording platform and conduct preparation calls with all speakers to review the content.
? Record the digital content, assist speakers in accessing the platform, conduct sound and video checks, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
? Moderate presentations and panels, asking engaging prepared questions to enable both speakers and the audience to get the most out of the experience.
Team Support ? Provide support to other production team members when needed.
? Work closely and productively with our operations, marketing, and sponsorship sales teams to maximise event quality, revenue, and profitability.
Skills and Experience: ? University degree in Journalism, Communication.
? Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
? Excellent organisational and time management skills.
? Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Excellent communicator with advanced interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
? Exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities.
Salary: between 27k - 28k euros gross annual Planned Start Date: Early January 2025
