To keep pace with technological developments in the field and face up to its increasing challenges through constant innovation, Datawords is looking for a Content Manager and Copywriter - French speaker.
As part of the French Content Production Dpt., your main responsibilities would include:
Content Management:
Analyze the PIM extracts sent by the client.
Write product pages for a luxury brand in French and US English based on an editorial charter approved by the client.
Project Management:
Lead projects (e.g., copywriting, translation, web integration, SEO, graphic design, etc.) in their entirety (writing briefs and schedules, production monitoring, risk management, quality control of deliverables, budget, etc.) while adapting to business expertise according to the Line of Business (LOB) to which the project belongs
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams internationally (translators, developers, e-marketing integrators, SEO, SEM, etc.) while respecting our value "Everyone matters" (taking into account the constraints of each)
Be able to manage a crisis by being "Solution-oriented", another of our values (e.g., in the event of a quality issue)
Support the sales teams and be a support on the budget side, the creation of the offer, etc.
Use project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.) and ensure the required reporting
Participate in the implementation and animation of collection reviews with the client and feedback meetings with internal teams, and propose optimizations for process improvement
Technical Management:
Integrate texts into the PIM system and perform quality control of deliverables
Client relations:
Guarantee the application of our core value "Clients first" on a daily basis by cultivating relationships with our clients' teams and leading client meetings
Maintain relationships with the business units and subsidiaries in France and the United States
Desired Profile:
Working languages: French (native-speaker level required) high level of English
BA or MA in Translation Studies or similar
Strong writing and editing skills
Excellent knowledge of Office tools, interest in new technologies, computer savvy
Knowledge of CAT tools
Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) is a plus
