In addition, the manager will also be the guardian of the product narrative and align with other stakeholders from e.g. product marketing to ensure a consistent user experience across the entire user journey. The manager will ensure that the team effectively uses analytics to measure the impact of content on user behaviour and conversion rates.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and mentor a team of content designers across the Docplanner product suite, empowering them to create impactful, user-centered content.
