Radisson Hotel Group, one of the most dynamic hotel companies in the world, is looking for a trainee for the Creative Service Desk, a department under Brand & Guest Experience Corporate Department.
DURATION: 6 months THE JOB: The Creative Service Desk Trainee supports all the team members with their daily project management tasks.
This means the trainee will support and be involved in projects on Global, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), and APAC (Asia, Pacific) levels.
The different areas within the team work together to ensure that the department's goals are reached and continuously improved.
The Creative Service Desk department is a key stakeholder within RHG, that works with all stakeholders at corporate, regional, and hotel levels, ensuring that all offline and online presence of RHG is on brand, relevant to the market needs, and updated.
To support the team, the trainee will be involved in a variety of tasks, such as marketing campaigns production and launch, loyalty campaigns production and launch, as well as other projects that come from areas and hotels directly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Creative Service Desk department.
Work closely, especially with the Marketing Project Manager and Loyalty Project Manager, to ensure development of assets, copy, and quality of outcomes for our B2C and loyalty campaigns.
Manage meetings with a variety of stakeholders, responsible for the agenda, minute-taking, follow-up, and for ensuring delivery dates are met.
A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE HAS: To be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
Is fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
Microsoft Office expert user (Excel and PPT).
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong project management abilities: capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
Team player with a global mindset, able to work with a variety of different stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Customer oriented.
Autonomy and high feeling of responsibility.
