What your new challenge will look like As part of the 4flow consulting team, you will contribute significantly to the successful completion of our consulting projects and support our automotive customers through their transformation in the dynamic automotive industry.
You will take on diverse tasks in cooperation with experienced 4flow consultants: You will analyze complex supply chain processes, identify optimization potential and support the development of customer-specific and innovative solutions with measurable results.
You will implement the concepts you develop as a team directly for our automotive customers on-site and participate in the design of digital supply chains.
You will take on additional tasks with an automotive industry focus, including cooperating on future strategies and processes for automotive supply chains, participating in the design of 4flow's internal knowledge management and developing methods and tools.
Why you belong at 4flow You successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, mathematical economics, industrial management, logistics or a comparable discipline with above-average grades.
You have at least four months of practical career experience in supply chain, the automotive industry or consulting.
You are interested in and enjoy working on supply chain challenges in the automotive industry.
You possess excellent analytic and conceptual skills and have a very good understanding of processes.
You have very strong communication skills in English and Spanish is nice-to-have, but not required.
You are confident speaking with customer employees at all organizational levels.
You are willing to travel and ideally have spent time abroad.
