You will be supported by senior colleagues who will help you further develop your project delivery skills. As a consultant, you will typically work on 2-3 projects at the same time and your role will include:Acting as the day-to-day project manager for clients and junior team members.Developing broad scientific skills and further developing consulting skills to generate hypotheses, conduct research, and deliver findings in strategically relevant ways to meet client needs.Partnering with Scientific Leads to develop study material and conduct patient-centered research, including literature reviews, interviews with healthcare professionals and patients, and quantitative or qualitative analysis.Creating reports and presentations, and facilitating workshops.Participating in business development and supporting proposal development.Engaging in the development of intellectual property for use on future consulting engagements.Leading special initiatives such as knowledge management and process improvement
