You will be supported by senior colleagues who will help you further develop your project delivery skills.
As a consultant, you will typically work on 2-3 projects at the same time and your role will include:Acting as the day-to-day project manager for clients and junior team members.Developing broad scientific skills and further developing consulting skills to generate hypotheses, conduct research, and deliver findings in strategically relevant ways to meet client needs.Partnering with Scientific Leads to develop study material and conduct patient-centered research, including literature reviews, interviews with healthcare professionals and patients, and quantitative or qualitative analysis.Creating reports and presentations, and facilitating workshops.Participating in business development and supporting proposal development.Engaging in the development of intellectual property for use on future consulting engagements.Leading special initiatives such as knowledge management and process improvement.RequirementsAn advanced academic science degree in public health, epidemiology, psychology, sociology, medical anthropology, health economics, or another related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least 1 of the above fields, including experience in project management, COA/PRO, patient preference, and/or real-world evidence methods.Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques is a big plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting, facilitating meetings and workshops, and report writing.Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.An ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in multi-disciplinary and international teams.Please submit your CV in English.
