As Construction Services Sourcing Manager, your primary mission will be to develop, manage, and coordinate purchasing activities and processes for civil, electrical, and other building services to contribute to the growth of the civil industry.
The challenges you will face:
Establish requests for quotations (RFQs) and negotiate Civil and Electrical Construction services, and other services for wind turbine configuration, including commercial and operational terms.
Establish a base of specialized suppliers and manage purchasing framework and purchasing strategies.
Maintain records of acquisitions, such as items or services quoted, purchased, and costs.
Provide cost estimates for projects in the sales phase.
Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Negotiate terms and conditions to effectively achieve company and project objectives.
Implement and improve process standards at a global level to facilitate the day-to-day activity.
Report achievements and challenges on a regular basis.
What will make you succeed in the position:
Bachelor or master's in engineering (civil and/or electrical).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement and/or supplier negotiations, preferably in the Civil or Renewable Energy sector.
Must: High level in English (min. C1) and international experience.
Good Negotiation and Communication skills.
Experience in identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks, developing strategies for risk prevention/control.
Autonomous and flexible.
Can-do attitude.
Intercultural understanding and experience in working with different cultures.
