As Consolidation and Reporting Director, you will report to the Group CFO and your mission will be to develop and audit internal control policies and procedures, corporate accounting and financial reporting according to international standards, ensuring the integrity and transparency of financial information.
Responsibilities: Governance: Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. Guide financial decisions by enforcing policies and procedures. Protect assets through internal controls. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies. Design tools for error correction in financial entries. Oversee accounting department operations and organizational structure. Manage accounting operations and shared service activities. Assess and improve accounting processes. Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and statutory standards. Manage government reporting and tax filings. Monitor debt levels and compliance. Oversee debtor review and DSO trends. Coordinate information provision for external audits. Financial Statements: Implement balance sheet review cycle. Manage consolidation processes. Issue financial statements under GAAP and IFRS. Reporting: Manage and report cash flow metrics. Ensure accurate external reporting to stakeholders. Coordinate financial reporting closing processes. Prepare supporting documentation for financial reviews. Collaborate with FP&A on analytical review during planning cycles. M&A: Oversee accounting in acquisition processes including due diligence, onboarding, integration, and purchase price allocations. Manage accounting processes related to acquisitions. Experience: Advanced skills in Excel, SAP, and Data Analytics Tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred public accounting experience. Proven track record in financial project management. Experience with acquisitions and business transactions. Hands-on ERP/SAP experience. BPO/SSC operations experience. Experience presenting to executive management and the Board of Directors. Highly collaborative with strong leadership skills and a history of exceeding expectations in a client-focused environment.
