You will provide comprehensive legal support for the company's e-commerce operations, ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and fostering ethical business practices.Our business is diverse and complex so we are looking for a passionate lawyer who is ready to accept the challenge!

Be ready to work in an always exciting company and be part of a young, and dynamic team!What You Will DoCompliance Ethics: Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and compliance regulations.Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier agreements, customer contracts, partnership agreements and licensing agreements.Consumer Law: Advise on consumer protection laws, including distance selling regulations, unfair commercial practices and dispute resolution mechanisms.E-commerce Compliance: Monitor and advise on legal developments related to e-commerce such as digital services regulations (DSA, DMA), product safety or artificial intelligence.Legal Research Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues, providing clear and concise legal advice to internal stakeholders.Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing legal disputes and pre-litigation matters, including negotiating settlements.What We're Looking For2 to 3 years of experience as a lawyer specialized mainly in digital law and with some knowledge on e-commerce.Degree in Law with strong academic credentials.Admitted to practise law in Spain.Excellent level of English so that you are a fluent speaker and you may draft and review agreements in English too.Open to provide legal guidance across a wide variety of legal issues to business stakeholders.Passionate about fast growing companies and tech-driven businesses.Curiosity and interest to learn about the regulatory framework applicable to platforms.Do note that all our jobs are Barcelona based.
