Team leadership and management Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of application engineersFoster a collaborative and high-performing work environmentAssign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to team members.Manage HR processes Work with EU DoC ITO Leader to build HR forecasts according to expected growth and opportunities pipeline.Define and implement a development plan for Bid ManagersManage individual Bid Managers' training, workload and complex proposals assignments Proposal development and coordination Participate with EU DoC ITO Leader and regional Sales team in the selection of proposalsdevelopment opportunities, the definition of the commercial strategy and advise on technological and partnership choices to win the dealIn charge of proposals team assignment to allow competitive and secure proposals development Work with the team to ensure availability of supporting resources and performance of proposal development.Be responsible for costs, quality, deadlines and technical performance Ensure regular reporting on proposal development progress, resources allocations and risk management & reviews .Ensure proposals submissions are on time, and drive the team through the negotiation stepsProcess compliance and improvementGuarantee the application of processes, documentation and monitoring of decisions by the team, support the team through approval and Group review processesPromote development and communication of Lessons Learned that could be of use to improvequality in future proposals.QualificationsWhat skills will you likely have?Masters degree in engineering or similarRelevant experience in sales and commercial positionsBid/Proposal Management experience in international industrial and municipal B2B transactions with a heavy technology or services component.
Relevant management experience in matrix organisationKnowledge of the water and waste water industry and its relevant technologies (MBR, UF, EDR, RO, ZLD) Knowledge of international contracting practices in industrial and municipal transactions Fluent in English (oral and written) – able to present complex cases with ease in English Availability to travel on business as required Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience in multinational companies and at ease with matrix environments where influence and persuasion become important working tools Open-minded, disciplined and used to working in remote global teams.
