We are looking for a Compensation Technician to join the Corporate Compensation & Benefits department of Grifols SA. Your main mission will be to support the implementation of the Compensation and Benefits Policies in all the Remuneration Processes of the different Grifols subsidiaries around the world.
What your responsibilities will be:You will support the compensation processes of increases, promotions, and salary changes.You will support the company job descriptions process.You will support compensation analysis of the different positions of the company to facilitate decision making.You will support the compensation team with reports, daily tasks, and special projects.You will maintain ownership of maintaining and updating databases.You will give support to the deployment and daily management of compensation policies. Who you are:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or similar.1 or 2 years' experience in a Compensation and Benefits department or similar.Proficiency level in Spanish and English (Advanced C1).Proficient knowledge of MS-Office suite (Excel).SAP HR/other ERP knowledge would be valuable.Attention to detail, organizational, and strong analytical skills.Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented person.Flexible to changing environment and eager to learn.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with different countries and to work as part of a team.
