About the Role

We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our Compensation team, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining a competitive and equitable rewards strategy aligned with our company values and goals.
This position requires a proactive and analytical professional who can bring both operational expertise and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities Organizational and Pay Structure Management: Maintain and update the organizational and salary structure, defining and mapping job positions to reflect current roles and provide clarity for career development.Market Benchmarking and Position Analysis: Conduct salary benchmarks across global markets, ensuring competitive and fair pay practices, including new role analysis and pay structures in emerging markets.Rewards Program Design: Partner with the People team to design, implement, and communicate a rewards system that aligns with company values, focusing on employee attraction, retention, and motivation.Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop compensation-related performance metrics and reporting systems, regularly tracking progress against organizational goals and providing insights for continuous improvement.Compliance and Legal Alignment: Ensure all compensation practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, including minimum wage standards, mandatory benefits, and industry-specific requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other key stakeholders to communicate compensation policies effectively, fostering an environment of transparency and alignment with best practices. Requirements Experience: 2-4 years in compensation, ideally with exposure to international frameworks.Technical Skills: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with HRIS and data management tools is a plus.Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level), both written and spoken, for global communication and analysis.Core Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proactive approach, and results orientation.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
